Welcome to SkillWealth. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.skillwealth.co.za), your membership, and all services offered by SkillWealth (we, us, our).
By accessing, registering, or purchasing from SkillWealth, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

SkillWealth is an online learning and rewards platform designed to equip members with real digital skills.
Members may also earn rewards through lesson completion and referrals, in accordance with their selected plan.

2. Eligibility

To use SkillWealth, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Provide accurate and truthful account information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (R).

  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast and other approved gateways.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • SkillWealth may revise pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing active memberships until renewal.

4. Courses & Rewards

  • Members earn rewards by completing lessons within their selected plan.

  • Rewards accumulate daily or weekly, depending on the plan.

  • Lessons must be completed before the weekly cut-off (Friday) to qualify for reward cycles.

  • SkillWealth may adjust lessons, reward structures, or content as needed to improve the platform.

  • Rewards are only released while the member remains active, compliant, and in good standing with these Terms.

5. Referral Program

  • Members may earn bonuses by referring others, as outlined in the SkillWealth plan structure.

  • Referral earnings may include direct and indirect rewards, depending on your plan.

  • The following actions are strictly prohibited:

    • Creating fake accounts or duplicate profiles

    • Self-referrals

    • Misrepresenting SkillWealth for personal gain

Violation may result in account termination and loss of rewards.

6. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be specified in your dashboard.

  • Withdrawals are processed weekly, excluding public holidays.

  • Members must ensure the accuracy of their banking details.

  • SkillWealth is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information or bank processing times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, course material, and platform design remain the exclusive property of SkillWealth.

Members may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Distribute

  • Publish

any SkillWealth material without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple or fake accounts

  • Manipulate referral systems

  • Misstate or exaggerate earning potential

  • Share, leak, or sell SkillWealth content

  • Engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity

SkillWealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillWealth offers educational tools and reward opportunities; however:

  • We do not guarantee specific income or earnings.

  • Results depend on your effort, activity, referrals, skills, and market conditions.

  • We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages arising from:

    • Network failures

    • Bank or payment provider issues

    • User error

    • Inaccurate information supplied by the user

    • Unexpected system downtime

10. Privacy & Data Protection

SkillWealth complies with South Africas POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

Your personal information:

  • Is stored securely

  • Is used only for account, platform, and service purposes

  • Will never be sold to third parties

  • May be shared only with essential service providers (e.g., payment processors)

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be handled within the applicable South African legal framework.
