Welcome to SkillWealth. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.skillwealth.co.za), services, and membership programs. By registering, purchasing, or participating in SkillWealth, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

SkillWealth is an online learning and affiliate platform designed to empower members with digital skills while offering rewards for lesson completion and referrals.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • You agree to provide accurate account details and keep your login secure.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in South African Rand (R).

  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

4. Courses & Rewards

  • Members earn rewards by completing lessons within their chosen plan.

  • Rewards can be accumulated daily or weekly, provided lessons are completed before Friday.

  • Earnings are only released if the member remains active and compliant with these terms.

5. Referral Program

  • Members may earn referral bonuses as outlined in the SkillWealth plan structure.

  • Bonuses apply to direct and indirect referrals up to the level allowed by your plan.

  • Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in termination.

6. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be communicated in your dashboard.

  • Withdrawals are processed weekly.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring banking details are correct.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and course material belong to SkillWealth.

  • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create fake accounts to earn rewards or referrals.

  • Misuse SkillWealths platform or misrepresent earnings potential.

  • Share or sell our content outside the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillWealth provides educational and earning opportunities but does not guarantee specific income. Your success depends on your effort, lesson completion, and referrals.

10. Privacy

SkillWealth complies with South Africas POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). Your data will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
