AbouttheRole

As a Localization Manager supporting Neowizs global publishing portfolio, you will own the end-to-end localization strategy and execution for multiple game titles across PC and console platforms. This role sits at the intersection of publishing operations, narrative integrity, and global market readiness.

You will work closely with internal publishing, production, brand, and development teams, as well as external localization and LQA partners, to ensure our games deliver a high-quality, culturally resonant experience across all supported languages. The role requires strong operational ownership, sound localization judgment, and the ability to manage complex pipelines in a multi-project, multi-vendor environment.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position designed for an experienced localization professional who is comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a global publishing context.

This role is open across Europe; however, we currently prioritize candidates located in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the UK and Ireland due to operational setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Localization Strategy & Planning
  • You will define and manage localization strategies for assigned titles, including scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget considerations. Working in close alignment with production and brand stakeholders, you will ensure localization plans are fully integrated into content roadmaps and release schedules.
  • Localization Pipeline & Workflow Ownership
  • You will own the full localization lifecycle, from source file preparation through translation, linguistic QA, integration, and release validation. This includes establishing efficient workflows, improving tools and processes, and ensuring consistent execution across vendors and projects. Localization tasks and risks will be tracked through established project management systems.
  • Linguistic Quality, Lore & Culturalization
  • You will act as a key quality gate for localized content, ensuring narrative consistency, brand voice alignment, and gameplay clarity across languages. You will guide cultural adaptation decisions to ensure content is appropriate, engaging, and market-ready, while safeguarding lore cohesion throughout the localization pipeline.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • You will manage relationships with external localization vendors, translators, and LQA partners, including performance tracking, quality evaluation, and delivery alignment. You will collaborate closely with internal production, marketing, brand, and development teams to ensure localization outcomes support broader publishing goals.
  • Cross-Functional & Publishing Support
  • Beyond in-game content, you will support localization needs for marketing assets such as trailers, store pages, websites, and user-facing documentation. You will also partner with Player Support to ensure localized help content is accurate and consistent. As part of the publishing team, you may contribute to broader production support activities related to milestone tracking, dependency management, and operational improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 35+ years of experience in game localization management, production, or LQA within a publishing or development environment.
  • Solid understanding of game development pipelines and international publishing workflows.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors and working with CAT/TMS tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to assess linguistic quality, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with global content regulations and cultural considerations.
  • Background in QA, production, narrative design, or product localization.
  • Europe-based, with a preference for candidates in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the UK, and Ireland due to operational setup.

Position Overview

The Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs will provide strategic and operational regulatory leadership across Kyverna’s cell therapy portfolio, with a focus on commercial readiness, labeling strategy, and health authority engagement.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned regulatory leader with deep experience in advanced therapies who can shape regulatory strategy from early development through approval and launch, while partnering closely with Clinical, CMC, Commercial, Market Access, and Legal teams.

The Executive Director will define and execute global regulatory strategy to support clinical development, registration, and commercialization of Kyverna’s autoimmune cell therapies. The role requires the ability to translate scientific and clinical data into approvable, commercially viable labeling and to lead interactions with regulatory authorities, including FDA and global counterparts.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead global regulatory strategy for Kyverna’s development programs, aligning clinical, CMC, and commercial objectives from early development through post-approval lifecycle management.
  • Provide regulatory input to program governance, asset prioritization, and portfolio decisions, including scenario planning and risk mitigation.
  • Anticipate and address regulatory challenges related to cell therapy development, manufacturing, comparability, and long-term follow-up.

Health Authority Engagement & Negotiations

  • Serve as the primary senior regulatory interface with FDA, EMA, and other global health authorities.
  • Lead and/or support key regulatory meetings, including INTERACT, pre-IND, End-of-Phase, pre-BLA/MAA, Advisory Committees, and post-marketing commitments.
  • Drive regulatory negotiation strategy, including benefit-risk, endpoints, comparability, and post-approval requirements.

Labeling Strategy & Commercial Readiness

  • Own and drive labeling strategy from early development through approval, ensuring labels support commercial differentiation, patient access, and lifecycle value.
  • Lead development of Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and ensure alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access.
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure regulatory decisions support launch readiness, promotional strategy, and payer engagement.
  • Lead label negotiations with health authorities, balancing scientific evidence, regulatory expectations, and commercial objectives.

Regulatory Submissions & Execution

  • Oversee and contribute to the preparation, review, and submission of INDs, CTAs, BLAs/MAAs, briefing packages, orphan drug applications, and other regulatory filings.
  • Ensure submissions are high-quality, compliant, and strategically positioned.
  • Maintain oversight of submission timelines, dependencies, and risk management, providing clear communication to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to Clinical Development, CMC, Research, Commercial, Legal, BD, and Alliance Management teams.
  • Provide regulatory due diligence and strategic input for business development, in-licensing, out-licensing, and partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee regulatory activities performed by CROs, consultants, and partners, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.

Team Development & Operational Excellence

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regulatory team, fostering accountability, development, and a culture of collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain regulatory policies, procedures, and infrastructure to support a growing, late-stage organization.
  • Stay current on US and global regulatory intelligence and communicate key implications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive regulatory affairs experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology, with significant advanced therapy experience.
  • Cell and/or gene therapy experience preferred; autoimmune disease experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading global regulatory strategies through late-stage development and/or approvals, ideally including BLA/MAA experience.
  • Proven experience with labeling strategy development and negotiation, with strong understanding of commercialization impacts.
  • Deep knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory frameworks; EMA and ex-US experience preferred.

The national base salary range for this position is $270K-$300K annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors that may include but are not limited to quality and length of experience, education, geographic location and alignment with market data. About the Team

The Technical Support team at Promenade provides advanced troubleshooting and escalated support across our application suite, including Point of Sale, ecommerce, hardware, and third-party integrations.

Position Description

As a Senior Developer at Headway, you are client and user-focused while executing on the details of each project. You diligently develop features and functionality, guided by Headway’s process to ensure each release is successful. This role requires constant learning and a growth mindset.

This is a remote role embedded with an existing enterprise client as part of an integrated Headway + client delivery team. This engagement is expected to be medium to long-term, with the potential to stay on this client for a year or more.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer at Headway, you are responsible for communicating with clients during sprint planning, retros, and release demos, you help monitor features as project requirements change, and direct emergent requirement discussions back to the core focus of the product. In doing so, you help manage client expectations and project scope, ensuring we build the most valuable features first.

In addition, you:

  1. Set and communicate technical direction for the mobile codebase (patterns, standards, and tradeoffs).
  2. Own architecture and technical planning for features end-to-end (mobile + API integration), documenting decisions as needed.
  3. Proactively manage technical debt through refactoring proposals and incremental improvements.
  4. Mentor via pair programming, raising quality and consistency across the team.
  5. Work effectively within enterprise constraints (security/compliance, access controls, release gates, device/testing requirements).
  6. Collaborate with client stakeholders across product, QA, backend, and platform teams to drive alignment and delivery.
  7. Make pragmatic technical decisions optimized for long-term maintainability, reliability, and incremental delivery.
  8. Practicing “craft within context” and working with teammates to receive advice and guidance to grow your knowledge.
  9. Assisting with development critiques through QA and pull request (PR) reviews.

What Does Success Look Like?

In the first 30 days:

  • Ramp into the codebase, tooling, environments, and release process.
  • Build relationships across the embedded Headway team and client stakeholders.
  • Ship several small improvements in the mobile codebase.

By 60-90 days:

  • Independently own a meaningful feature area and drive delivery with clear tradeoffs.
  • Improve quality and reliability through tests, code review standards, and pragmatic refactors.
  • Strengthen the feedback loop between product intent, implementation, QA, and release readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid, professional mobile development experience, including 12+ years with React Native.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn native iOS and Android.
  • Experience submitting and deploying apps to the App Store and Play Store.
  • Experience with full-stack technologies like Ruby on Rails, Phoenix/Elixir, or Node, a big plus.
  • Experience building using an atomic design system toolkit/set of well-organized and documented components.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • The ability to present your work and stand firm for the right reasons.

AI-native development at Headway

  • You actively use AI to plan, build, and test software and can explain what you delegated, what you verified, and why.
  • You can work effectively with AI pair-programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Tidewave, and similar agentic/code-assisted workflows.
  • You can turn product intent into high-signal prompts/artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, architecture notes) that an AI-assisted workflow can execute against including reviewing existing docs/code before kicking off the work.
  • You are comfortable planning/chatting in Claude Code (or equivalent) as a starting point for feature work; you may also use project management tooling if helpful.
  • You treat AI outputs as drafts: you validate correctness (tests, types, runtime checks), security/privacy implications, accessibility, and performance.
  • You can set up and maintain an AI-assisted feedback loop:
    • Scaffolding changes rapidly
    • Generating test cases (unit, integration, E2E) and translating them into real tests
    • Running CI locally
    • Debugging with logs/traces
    • Feeding errors/logs/plans back into AI to continue the loop
    • Iterating with small diffs and frequent commits
  • You have good judgment about where AI helps vs. hurts (e.g., critical logic, security boundaries, unfamiliar codepaths) and can articulate tradeoffs.
  • You can operate within real client constraints: IP/privacy boundaries, regulated data, and bring your own model/tooling limitations.

  • How you prevent AI-assisted regressions: tests, types, linters, CI, release discipline.
  • How you keep client/workspace data safe while using AI tools.

Live AI-assisted interview

Youll drive on your own machine/setup/config while pairing with an agent/harness of your choice and an observing Headway dev, who is also available for collaboration.

  • Use AI freely (Claude Code/Codex/Tidewave/etc.) to plan and execute.
  • Build a small feature in a minimal repo with:
    • Clear acceptance criteria
    • At least one meaningful unit test
    • A manual QA script and an accessibility checklist for the feature
  • Well look for:
    • How you review docs/code before starting
    • How you turn plans + errors/logs into the next AI prompt
    • How you validate correctness and avoid regressions
    • How you communicate tradeoffs and scope in real time
