The Role

As an Account Executive, we are looking for someone who possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset. You should have a track record of successful sales management, particularly in sales to new customers, demonstrating their ability to meet or exceed sales targets. What You Will Do

  • Develop and Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline: Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quota.
  • Drive Your Pipeline: Generate around 30% of your pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiations, aiming to close a minimum of 40% of deals successfully. (Aligned with team average)
  • Lead In-Depth Evaluations: Lead comprehensive discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerangs software and services.
  • Maintain Forecast Accuracy: Ensure precise forecast reporting within 10% accuracy and effective pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Engage with the Nonprofit Community: Immerse yourself in the nonprofit sector to build credibility to become a trusted advisor, educating prospects on Bloomerangs value and how we help solve nonprofits challenges
  • Become a Bloomerang Expert: Gain deep knowledge of all Bloomerang tools and services to effectively support and guide prospects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS. Achieving at least 95% of your annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of your monthly targets.

Compensation

Support client N1 70 % :

  • Rpondre aux demandes clients via notre outil Intercom : tu traites les tickets entrants en respectant les standards de qualit de Boond (ractivit et bienveillance !)

  • Accompagner les clients par crit, par tlphone ou en visio pour les aider rsoudre leurs problmes sur BoondManager.

  • Mettre disposition des clients toutes les connaissances dont ils ont besoin (vidos, articles, aide contextuelle).

  • Passer le relais quand cest ncessaire : tu apprends identifier les demandes qui dpassent le N1 et tu les transmets aux bonnes personnes (N2, CSM, tech).

  • Tu auras un impact direct sur la satisfaction client qui sera ton driver au quotidien ! On ne laisse pas un client mcontent et on change proactivement !

Description du poste

Rattach(e) au ple Exprience Client du dpartement Digital, vous serez principalement en charge des missions suivantes:

Participation la mise en uvre du plan de contact saisonnier pour le march Europen :

  • Dploiement du plan danimation commerciale et relationnel: intgration e-mail, SMS, push notifications : ciblage, parcours client, lien avec les quipes digitales et retail marketing en poursuivant un triple objectif de fidlisation, ractivation et conqute
  • Dveloppement des supports de communication, brief et debrief des agences cra & traductions;
  • Paramtrage des campagnes jusqu la diffusion sur notre outil de gestion de campagne (Dartagnan et Selligent) : workflow, intgration HTML, BAT et validation;
  • Ralisation des benchmarks sous forme de cahier dides pour prsenter les dernires tendances et proposer des recommandations.

Participation lanalyse et loptimisation des campagnes CRM

  • Suivi, analyses des campagnes
  • Ralisation de bilans CRM hebdomadaires, mensuels et semestriels
  • Mise en place da/b test et recommandations d’amliorations

Projets annexes:

  • Retail: reporting des KPIs CRM et formations des quipes terrain
  • Fidlisation: participation au dploiement et la mise en uvre du programme de fidlit

Qualifications

Etudiant(e) en Ecole de Commerce ou une Ecole spcialise en CRM et Management des systmes dinformations ou quivalent, vous recherchez un stage de fin dtudes et vous justifiez d’une relle aisance informatique, vous tes reconnu(e) pour vos comptences rdactionnelles et analytiques, votre il cratif ainsi que votre sens du service et du client.

Vos qualits relationnelles, votre rigueur et votre sens des priorits vous permettront de vous intgrer avec souplesse dans un environnement en pleine construction.

Vous justifiez dune premire exprience en CRM et une bonne connaissance de Dartagnan, Selligent ou quivalent serait un plus.

  • Design push notifications and in-app communicationstrategies for the Redcare App, includingproduct ownership of the app CRM tool(e.g.CleverTap/Leanplum) anditstechnical setup and roadmap

  • Enable and support marketing teamsin planning and executing in-app and push campaigns;take hands-on ownershipforcomplex, technical or cross-market use caseswhen needed

  • Act as theapp CRM expert and central interfacebetweenMarketing, Product, Engineering,Dataand external partners

  • Work closely withProduct and Techon mobile CRM topics such asevent tracking, data structures, consent and opt-in logic,featureintegrations,QAand SDK updates

  • Develop and test app retention strategies and promotionstogether with product and marketing teams

Qualifications

About you:

  • You haveseveral years of hands-on experience in app CRM, ideally in an e-commerce, digital or agency environment

  • You havestrong experience with push and in-app platformssuch asCleverTap,Leanplum, Braze, Airship,Batchor similar tools

  • You have astrong technical understanding of mobile apps, includingevent tracking, user properties, consent management, and data flowsbetween app, backend,analyticsand CRM systems

  • You are comfortable acting as atechnical advisor and sparring partnerforproduct managers,engineersand marketing stakeholders

  • You havesolid analytical skillsand are confident working withKPIs, dashboards, and reports(experience withSQL, GA4/Firebase,Fullstoryor Lookeris a plus)

  • You arestructured, proactive and a clear communicatorwithgoodstakeholder management skills

  • You arefluent in Englishand have at least aB1 level in German
