YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As a (Senior) RevOps CRM Admin (f/m/d), you architect, automate, and scale plancrafts CRM and GTM systems so that global Sales, CS and Marketing teams operate on reliable, AI-powered workflows and clean data structures that support our international expansion. You are the structured operator who keeps our CRM foundation stable, scalable and integrated across tools, enabling the wider RevOps team to focus on strategy, analysis and execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot CRM system administration globally for all GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing).
  • Build and maintain a globally scalable CRM architecture that supports multi-country GTM processes.
  • Design and maintain international-ready CRM structures, including properties, permissions, objects and data models across all markets.
  • Design, implement and optimize AI-powered automations across the full customer lifecycle (e.g. summaries, routing, enrichment, lifecycle triggers).
  • Create and manage high-quality workflows (HubSpot, Make, n8n, AI tools) that reduce manual work across all revenue teams.
  • Ensure data governance across all GTM objects, including naming conventions, deduplication rules, lifecycle logic and access structures.
  • Build and maintain cross-tool integrations (billing, support, product, telephony, AI agents, scheduling) that work reliably on a global scale.
  • Provide the system logic and technical setup needed for accurate forecasting, routing, segmentation and reporting in close collaboration with RevOps leadership.
  • Enable the wider RevOps, Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops and Enablement teams through stable systems, clean data and well-documented frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards so every Ops role can understand and extend workflows, properties and integrations.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves

  • 35+ years hands-on HubSpot CRM experience at admin or power-user level.
  • Strong track record in automation and workflow design (HubSpot workflows, Make, AI workflows).
    Experience designing CRM setups for international markets and multi-country GTM processes.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, including naming conventions, deduplication, lifecycle logic and permission concepts.
  • Proven experience with cross-tool integrations (e.g. billing, support, product, AI tools).
  • Structured, system-architecture thinking with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Ability to align with and enable multiple Ops roles (RevOps, Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

10-hour days (7:00 am to 5:30pm). Overtime paid at time and a half after 10 hours in a day as well as after 40 hours in a week.

Travel time to and from site will be paid at base rate, and travel provided by employer from St John’s per project requirements.

  • Valid and recognized Journeyman Electrician Certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a PSE/Electrician with at least 2 years of experience working in substations required
  • Thorough knowledge of the Electrical Utility Code (E.U.C Safety Codes Act) and Occupational Health and Safety rules as they relate to the Electrician role
  • Have a valid Provincial Class 5 drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office and computer-based test equipment would be an asset
