The role

Youll join a lean, high-performing global support team working across two SaaS products, Award Force and Good Grants. Day to day youll be communicating with colleagues and clients across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Support happens across email tickets, phone, and 1-1 Zoom calls. Once youve leveled up on product knowledge, youll run onboarding sessions and client meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption.

Youll also be hands-on with bug testing and reporting, feeding considered feedback to our product teams always pushing to make our products better.

We have a startup mindset. We experiment with new tools, iterate on processes, and move fast. Got a great idea? Pitch it. Were not big on bureaucracy, only results. We dont expect you to be a slave to your chair but flexibility is a must.

Youll need to tick these boxes

  • Youre based in the UTC +8 to UTC +11 timezone range.This is non-negotiable. Our APAC team and clients operate in this window and we dont allow shift work. If you live outside this range, this ones not for you
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS support or client-facing role
  • Native-level English fluency (bilingual? Even better!)

Responsibilities

Product support

  • Go deep on product knowledge through self-driven learningbecome the expert
  • Be the first point of contact on all inbound support via email/tickets, phone, and eventually live chat

About the Role:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager AI Growth to lead the engineering efforts that fuel adoption, distribution, and monetisation of our AI products. About The Role

As an Implementation Manager, you will be the force behind successful implementations at Hightouch. Working in close partnership with Technical Architects, you will own the full implementation and enablement lifecycle for Hightouchs Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You will be primarily responsible for executing the technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of Hightouch into customers’ existing data infrastructure and working alongside the Technical Architect who owns the overall customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that can scale across an organization

The Role

Compensation

Tu vas faire partie de lquipe Customer Care, un service en pleine structuration pilot par Charlie, Customer Care Lead Manager.

Alors, a consiste en quoi ?

Le but de ce ple est de devenir la premire ligne de dfense pour nos clients : rsoudre leurs problmatiques rapidement, les rendre autonomes, et faire grandir notre IA James pour quelle devienne de plus en plus performante.

Tu retrouveras dans cette quipe Charlie (qui sera ta future manager) et un autre Customer Care qui dmarrera en mme temps que toi pour construire ensemble ce nouveau service. Vous serez accompagns au quotidien par les Boond Coachs et les quipes Tech/Produit.

Pompom sur la Garonne, Charlie, ta future manager, texplique une partie de son mtier et les enjeux du support dans cette vido.

Voici ton (futur) terrain de jeu :

Support client N1 70 % :

  • Rpondre aux demandes clients via notre outil Intercom : tu traites les tickets entrants en respectant les standards de qualit de Boond (ractivit et bienveillance !)

  • Accompagner les clients par crit, par tlphone ou en visio pour les aider rsoudre leurs problmes sur BoondManager.

  • Mettre disposition des clients toutes les connaissances dont ils ont besoin (vidos, articles, aide contextuelle).

  • Passer le relais quand cest ncessaire : tu apprends identifier les demandes qui dpassent le N1 et tu les transmets aux bonnes personnes (N2, CSM, tech).

  • Tu auras un impact direct sur la satisfaction client qui sera ton driver au quotidien ! On ne laisse pas un client mcontent et on change proactivement !

Amlioration continue 30 % :

Ces missions se construisent progressivement, en fonction de ta monte en comptences.

  • Enrichir notre base de connaissances : tu repres les questions frquentes et tu participes la cration ou mise jour darticles daide pour les clients.

  • Proposer des amliorations : tu partages tes ides lors des points dquipe pour amliorer nos rponses types, nos process ou lexprience client.

  • Monter en comptences sur le produit : tu te formes en continu sur les fonctionnalits de Boond pour mieux accompagner nos clients, on se retrouve un mercredi par mois pour le caf produit dailleurs !.

  • Contribuer lamlioration de notre IA (James) : tu signales les rponses automatiques corriger et tu aides les rendre plus pertinentes.

Ton Onboarding :

1 mois : Immersion

  • Dcouverte des Boonders et de nos rituels (Boondcafs, sminaires, parrain).

  • Immersion dans le BoondGame pour comprendre notre produit.

  • Premiers pas sur le support en observation.

  • Prise en main de ton environnement technique avec Intercom.

3 mois : Monte en comptences

  • Matrise dIntercom et du traitement des demandes entrantes.

  • Comprhension et application des rgles descalade et de nos process internes.

  • Premire proposition damlioration (contenu, rponse type, process).

  • Autonomie sur les tickets N1 simples (environ 40 50% des demandes reues).

6 mois : Autonomie

  • Autonomie complte sur la gestion des demandes N1 (escalade, process,recherche avant demande daide).

  • Tu sais prioriser (clients VIP, sujets bloquants) et identifier les incidents gnraux.

  • Tu es force de proposition sur les rponses, le contenu et les parcours client.

12 mois : Rfrence

  • Tu es reconnue comme rfrence sur le primtre N1 et la qualit des rponses.

  • Tu contribues la performance globale de lIA.

  • Tu contribues activement la structuration du service (process, contenus, bonnes pratiques)

Comment travaille lquipe Customer Care ? :

  • Tu dmarres la semaine avec un point dquipe

  • 1/1 de suivi avec Charlie par semaine.

  • Lundi-Mercredi-Vendredi : 70-80% du temps sur linboxing, 20-30% mise jour contenu et feedback IA
