Mission

The Head of Sales is responsible for building a predictable, scalable, and high-integrity sales function that consistently converts qualified leads into successful customers.

This role owns:

Sales performance (close rate, show rate, booked revenue)

  • Sales systems and process design

  • Team coaching and accountability

  • CRM integrity and pipeline visibility

  • Cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Coaching

This is a player-coach role: part strategist, part operator, part coach.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own and improve core sales KPIs:

    • Booked Revenue

    • Call numbers and show-up rate

    • Call closes

    • Total pipeline value

  • Diagnose performance gaps across the funnel (lead quality, show rate, call quality, follow-up)

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting conversion and revenue

  • Establish forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility

Sales Process & Systems

  • Audit and redesign the full sales process:

    • Lead intake qualification setter closer follow-up close

  • Improve segmentation between setters and closers to maximize efficiency and conversion

  • Standardize sales workflows, scripts, and best practices

  • Build repeatable systems for:

    • Lead routing and prioritization

    • Follow-up cadence and pipeline management

    • Call review and performance feedback

  • Own and optimize CRM (HubSpot):

    • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting

    • Improve adoption and usage across the team

    • Clean and maintain data integrity

  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools (call recording, analytics, etc.)

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales contractors (setters and closers)

  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems

  • Implement regular call reviews and feedback loops

  • Improve consistency across reps (reduce performance variance)

  • Support reps who are strong operators but lack formal sales training

  • Make recommendations on hiring, role design, and performance management

Call Quality & Conversion Improvement

  • Define what great looks like on a sales call

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain clear dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility

About the Role

Are you a subtitling professional, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and eager to experiment with unconventional tools? Were looking for an English Subtitle Specialist to join our localization team and support an innovative subtitle production workflow for MrBeast content.

As an English Subtitle Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, editing, and delivery of English subtitles for weekly MrBeast YouTube videos. You will handle all steps of the subtitling process and ensure prompt delivery of subtitles to CreatorGlobal Leadership. Additional expectations include contributing to our new subtitling workflow, where you will apply your subtitling foundation in an evolving production environment.

Additional expectations include subtitle versioning/editing/conforms, amending change logs and transcripts, subtitle QC, and assisting with ad-hoc subtitling/localization tasks.

What you’ll do

  • Create English subtitles for weekly YouTube content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and compliance with standard subtitling rules.
  • Receive feedback from team members/leadership and effectively implement feedback into revised subtitles.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as subtitle versioning, conforming subtitles to new video references, subtitle and transcript QC, etc.
  • Learn and adapt to a continuously evolving proprietary tool that mirrors familiar subtitle software and produces specialized formatting.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule and deliver subtitle files within tight turnaround windows following video delivery.
  • Communicate clearly with CreatorGlobal leadership to flag tool issues, inconsistencies, or workflow improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Native English speaker
  • Professional subtitling experience or experience with transcription, dialogue lists, dubbing or AD script writing, subtitling templates, proofreading & editing, etc.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to pick up late requests and ability to start on tasks immediately upon video delivery.
  • Comfort working with proprietary or non-standard tools.
  • Curiosity and cross-disciplinary interest: experience or genuine enthusiasm for adjacent fields like coding, motion graphics, media production, or UX is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with subtitle formats beyond SRT such as ASS, VTT, or formats with embedded style metadata.
  • Experience with subtitling or video tools such as OOONA, Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

Atividades:

Desenvolvimento e Desenho de Solues

  • Projetar, desenvolver e otimizar plugins avanados em C#, incluindo pipelines complexos, execuo assncrona e padres de arquitetura modernos.
  • Criar e manter Web Resources em JavaScript utilizando prticas modernas (modularizao, ES6+, padres de design).
  • Desenvolver Custom Actions, Custom APIs e extenses avanadas do Dynamics 365.
  • Projetar e implementar estruturas de dados complexas (entidades, relacionamentos, hierarquias, regras de negcio, formulrios, views e command bars).

Integraes e Servios em Nuvem

  • Construir e manter integraes robustas utilizando Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid e outros servios modernos do Azure.
  • Trabalhar com APIs REST e OData do Dynamics 365, garantindo segurana, performance e governana.
  • Implementar padres de integrao como mensageria, filas, eventos e arquiteturas orientadas a microsservios quando aplicvel.

Power Platform e Automao

  • Criar solues avanadas com Power Automate, incluindo fluxos complexos, conectores personalizados e automaes de larga escala.
  • Atuar com Power Apps Model-Driven, Canvas Apps e Power Pages, garantindo aderncia s melhores prticas.
  • Contribuir para governana e ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) utilizando Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines e Git.

Qualidade, Segurana e Performance

  • Realizar revises de cdigo, aplicar padres de arquitetura e garantir boas prticas de desenvolvimento seguro.
  • Monitorar e otimizar performance de plugins, consultas, integraes e fluxos.

Position Summary
As a Senior Senior CRM Developer / Engineer you will work closely with IT Team and various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing the full technology stack powering a global nonprofit enterprise operations platform. You will also be creating end-to-end flow starting from business process design and CRM customization through cloud-native serverless infrastructure, third-party API integrations, ETL pipelines, and security architecture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build Functions-based microservices with production-grade reliability (message archiving, distributed locking, tiered retry, adaptive rate limiting)
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365/Dataverse customizations: plugins, custom APIs, web resources, and data models
  • Build and operate integrations across 6+ external systems (Box.com, Zendesk, NetSuite, IRS, CTP/XMAP, Onyx CRM and other Shared Tech Systems)
  • Design configuration-driven rule engines enabling business teams to modify qualification and routing logic without code changes
  • Implement security infrastructure
  • Build ETL pipelines for regulatory compliance data (IRS revocation lists to SQL Server to CRM)
  • Create bilingual implementations (C#/.NET + Python) of core services for flexibility and platform reach
  • Manage cloud infrastructure: Azure Functions Elastic Premium plans, multi-slot deployments, storage queues, table storage
  • Contribute to defining the plan & approach for team
  • Quality results aligned with the enterprise architecture
  • Work actively with the whole team in preparing documentation, improving tech team capabilities and sharing knowledge regarding past and future implementations
  • Report, handle and verify defects
  • Recommending appropriate actions for test results
  • Close cooperation with Developers and DevOps daily
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects

Your Profile:

  • You have at least 3+ years experience in similar position
  • Experience in complex solutions in CRM Dynamics 365/Dataverse, Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Queues, Tables, Blobs), C#, .NET Framework, .NET 8, Python, JavaScript, OAuth/SOAP/REST, SQL Server/SSIS, MSAL, PowerShell
  • You can think analytically and clearly present and justify your opinion
  • You are looking for new challenges
  • Can talk freely in English (or on a communicative level, but want to develop yourself in this area)
  • You want to share knowledge as well as learn from others
