About the role:

As anApp CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will play akey role in shaping customer engagementand retentionfortheRedcare App across international markets. You will act as thetechnical and strategic expert forpushnotifications and in-app communication, enabling teams to runhigh-quality campaignswhile stepping inhands-on for complex or cross-market use caseswhen needed.

Working closely withProduct, Engineeringand Marketingteams, you will help build ascalable,reliableand data-driven mobile CRM setupand actively contribute to improvingapp engagement and retentionacross Redcares app ecosystem.

About your tasks:

• Design push notifications and in-app communicationstrategies for the Redcare App, includingproduct ownership of the app CRM tool(e.g.CleverTap/Leanplum) anditstechnical setup and roadmap

• Enable and support marketing teamsin planning and executing in-app and push campaigns;take hands-on ownershipforcomplex, technical or cross-market use caseswhen needed

• Act as theapp CRM expert and central interfacebetweenMarketing, Product, Engineering,Dataand external partners

• Work closely withProduct and Techon mobile CRM topics such asevent tracking, data structures, consent and opt-in logic,featureintegrations,QAand SDK updates

• Develop and test app retention strategies and promotionstogether with product and marketing teams

• Definestandards, best practices,templatesand documentationto ensureconsistent quality and efficient executionacross markets

• Own reporting and KPI frameworks(e.g. delivery, engagement, retention, conversion) and support teams withinsights and optimization recommendations

• Monitor market, technology and competitive trendsin mobile CRM and app engagement and translate them intoactionable improvements

About you:

• You haveseveral years of hands-on experience in app CRM, ideally in an e-commerce, digital or agency environment

• You havestrong experience with push and in-app platformssuch asCleverTap,Leanplum, Braze, Airship,Batchor similar tools

• You have astrong technical understanding of mobile apps, includingevent tracking, user properties, consent management, and data flowsbetween app, backend,analyticsand CRM systems

• You are comfortable acting as atechnical advisor and sparring partnerforproduct managers,engineersand marketing stakeholders

• You havesolid analytical skillsand are confident working withKPIs, dashboards, and reports(experience withSQL, GA4/Firebase,Fullstoryor Lookeris a plus)

• You arestructured, proactive and a clear communicatorwithgoodstakeholder management skills

• You arefluent in Englishand have at least aB1 level in German

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 11+
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies.

• Salesforce certifications (CTA track, CG Cloud, Platform Developer, Architecture Designer) are preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations across multiple markets.
• Define current-state and future-state CG Cloud architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Design scalable solutions across Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Sales Planning, and Salesforce platform components.
• Identify gaps in retail execution and trade processes and create roadmaps leveraging CG Cloud out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend OOTB, custom, and AppExchange solutions (e.g., geolocation, mapping, visit optimization).
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Teams, Product Owners, and Market Leads to translate CPG business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design workshops, prototypes, and proofs of concept for mobile visit planning, execution, and promotion workflows.
• Architect data models using Consumer Goods Enhanced Data Model and Retail Execution objects.
• Design security, sharing, and visibility models for field users, managers, and cross-functional teams, including offline access.
• Define large data volume (LDV) strategies for visit, activity, and execution data.
• Drive mobile-first Retail Execution solutions with offline sync and performance optimization.
• Provide architectural guidance for CG Cloud customizations using Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, and Flow.
• Architect integrations with ERP, WMS, TPM platforms, and data lakes using APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
• Act as technical and release lead across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Oversee configuration, development, QA, mobile testing, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain CG Cloud architecture diagrams, design documents, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional delivery teams on CG Cloud architecture and Salesforce standards.

The Specialist Solution Consultantis a technical & business consultantwiththe advanced ability todevelop, position andprovideindustry and product specificsolutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

• Support product sales as the technical, industry and domain expertof a client-facing sales teamthat pursues customers and prospects across one or multiple industry markets

• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers’ challenges and give persona and value-based product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

• Develop client partner relationships

• Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement

• Provide feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap and strategy in support of your customers and changing market dynamics

To be successful in this role you have:

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $149,250 – $246,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
