In this role, you will play a key part in building and sustaining a CRM application ecosystem. Youll work closely with stakeholders across sales, service, and operations to ensure high-quality data, consistent workflows, and seamless integrations between CRM and related systems. Your work will span both strategic initiatives (such as implementations, data migrations, and process optimization), and ongoing sustenance and operational support.

What you will do:

Systems Analysis & Design

  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyse workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for CRM and integrated systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including data models, data field mappings, process flow and system architecture , and across CRM and connected platforms.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, including opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, and AI-driven enhancements

Configuration & Integration

  • Configure and enhance CRM, CPQ, Field Services or relevant modules, supporting end-to-end workflows across sales and service teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between CRM, and external applications using APIs, middleware, and automation platforms to ensure reliable, timely data synchronization.
  • Build scalable automation using workflows, low-code tools, and targeted customizations for complex logic that cannot be handled through configuration alone.
  • Administer security and access controlsincluding roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and login/security policiesto maintain appropriate access and strong data governance.
  • Manage platform components such as validation rules, approval processes, metadata changes, and page layouts to ensure accurate, consistent, and user-friendly system behavior.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Support data management activities including data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across CRM and integrated systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs for sales, service, and operations.
  • Write and run SQL (or equivalent) queries to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support integration troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to align on data governance, reporting standards, and dashboards used across the organization.

Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation for CRM changes and cross-system updates.
  • Provide day-to-day CRM and application support, diagnosing root causes, resolving issues, and coordinating with vendors or internal technical teams as needed.
  • Contribute to change management with release notes, documentation, training materials, and communication plans.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Build strong relationships across sales, operations, customer success, and technical teams.
  • Clearly translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise CRM standards, data governance requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

We want you to succeed so you will need:

  • 57 years of hands-on CRM and enterprise applications implementation experience, including configuration, reporting, workflow management, and ongoing system support.
  • Experience with integrations, including designing or supporting APIs, middleware, multi-system data flows, workflow automation, and troubleshooting synchronization issues.
  • Familiarity with security and access management (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, login/security policies).
  • Ability to make customizations, or scripting logic to support automation or troubleshoot integrations.
  • Proficiency in Reports/Dashboards and SQL or equivalent querying tools.
  • Strong experience with data management, data validation, and data reconciliation across CRM and connected systems.
  • Experience designing business workflows, mapping processes, and documenting functional/technical requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Technically curious, analytical, and adaptable, with a drive to continuously improve systems and processes.

Nice to Have

  • CRM and CPQ certifications.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash, lead-to-order, service workflows, or subscription-based business models.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and data warehouses (Azure, GCP, AWS).

Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year

We publish a salary range to provide transparency and represent the full growth potential of the role; as a result, salary offers are made based on demonstrated mastery and experience and generally fall near the midpoint.

This role is open to candidates based in Vancouver, BC (hybrid work model), or remote within Canada. Remote employees are expected to work primarily within Pacific Time (PST) business hours, with occasional flexibility for later hours to coordinate with the Perth, Australia region.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIES:

Lifecycle & CRM – (Land)
(Aquisio via base: nutrio, cadncias, recuperao e reativao de leads)

  • Operar e evoluir rguas de relacionamento com foco em aquisio via base, estruturando fluxos para:

    • estimular levantada de mo

    • gerar MQLs

    • apoiar gerao de New MRR

  • Executar cadncias automticas de:

    • nutrio de base (contatos e negcios)

    • recuperao de leads frios/descartados

    • reativao de base para retorno ao funil

    • estmulo de converso via base (ex.: convites, ofertas, contedos e gatilhos orientados ao)

  • Criar e operar segmentaes considerando:

    • histrico de interao e inteno

    • perfil/ICP

    • pas (Brasil e LATAM)

  • Operar e evoluir rguas e automaes para a base de clientes, incluindo:

  • Executar cadncias de:

    • recuperao de inatividade (queda de uso, ausncia de eventos crticos, reduo de usurios ativos)

    • reativao de clientes churnados (winback) quando fizer sentido

  • Identificar, junto aos times de CS e Growth, sinais e oportunidades de:

    • upsell (upgrade de plano)

    • cross-sell

    • add-ons

  • Executar comunicaes de expanso baseadas em uso, maturidade e valor percebido, apoiando a estratgia comercial sem presso direta.

CRM, automao e dados
(segmentao, governana e execuo)

  • Operar de forma avanada ferramentas de CRM e automao (ex.: HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares).

  • Criar e manter:

    • segmentaes

    • listas dinmicas

    • propriedades e campos do CRM

    • regras de entrada/sada em fluxos e estgios

  • Garantir qualidade e padronizao:

    • higiene de base

    • governana de campos

    • consistncia de nomenclaturas e critrios

  • Configurar UTMs/regras de tracking quando aplicvel para garantir rastreabilidade entre CRM funil receita (em parceria com Growth/Ops).

Dashboards, anlises e documentao
(viso de Land + Expand + converso)

  • Criar, manter e evoluir dashboards operacionais e gerenciais de CRM e lifecycle, contemplando:

    • viso de Land (aquisio via base): gerao de demanda, levantada de mo, MQLs, converses

    • viso de Expand (clientes): ativao, engajamento, reteno, churn e expanso influenciada

    • viso de funil e converso: taxas por etapa, contribuio de CRM no pipeline e em MRR

  • Acompanhar mtricas e gerar insights contnuos, como:

    • MQLs e oportunidades geradas via base

    • converso por segmento/pas

    • churn e sinais de risco

    • expanso influenciada por comunicaes e estgios

  • Documentar e manter atualizado:

    • rguas de relacionamento

    • lgica de segmentao e critrios

    • regras de automao

    • dicionrio de campos/eventos quando aplicvel

    • leitura e governana dos dashboards

Atuao Brasil & LATAM (operao e adaptao regional)

  • Atuar com CRM e lifecycle para Brasil e Amrica Latina, garantindo consistncia e escala.

  • Adaptar cadncias e mensagens considerando:

    • idioma e variaes regionais

    • maturidade de mercado

    • comportamento e contexto cultural

  • Levar insights estruturados de LATAM para Growth, CS e Produto, contribuindo para decises e priorizao.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAES

O que voc precisa ter:

  • Experincia prvia com CRM, automao de marketing e/ou lifecycle.

  • Vivncia em ambiente B2B e/ou SaaS (preferencialmente com base SMB).

  • Perfil analtico e organizado: capacidade de atuar com dados, dashboards e processos.

  • Boa comunicao e habilidade de trabalhar com times multidisciplinares (Growth, Sales, Revops, CS, Produto).

  • Experincia avanada com HubSpot (ou ferramentas equivalentes) e automaes mais complexas.
