Position Overview

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and should possess sales qualities, serving as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across our distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores.

They will be responsible for marketing Celsius products by means of new floor displays/signage and scheduling demos to attract customers and ensure that shelf space is properly managed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
  • Call on target accounts
  • Speak with Manager to sell in PDQ’s, displays/end cap placement in store
  • Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to Celsius territory manager
  • Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within the guidelines of the account type
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines. (Independent, chain, etc.)
  • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly /monthly planning
  • Communication as needed with territory sales manager/district manager/regional manager
  • Make 15-20 account calls per day
  • Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app
  • Submit weekly work logs including mileage
  • Other records or documentation as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising a plus
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday – Sunday)
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
  • Excellent driving record and insurance/license required
  • Personal vehicle to use, an allowance will be provided
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service

Position Summary
As a Senior Senior CRM Developer / Engineer you will work closely with IT Team and various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing the full technology stack powering a global nonprofit enterprise operations platform. You will also be creating end-to-end flow starting from business process design and CRM customization through cloud-native serverless infrastructure, third-party API integrations, ETL pipelines, and security architecture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build Functions-based microservices with production-grade reliability (message archiving, distributed locking, tiered retry, adaptive rate limiting)
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365/Dataverse customizations: plugins, custom APIs, web resources, and data models
  • Build and operate integrations across 6+ external systems (Box.com, Zendesk, NetSuite, IRS, CTP/XMAP, Onyx CRM and other Shared Tech Systems)
  • Design configuration-driven rule engines enabling business teams to modify qualification and routing logic without code changes
  • Implement security infrastructure

  • Manage cloud infrastructure: Azure Functions Elastic Premium plans, multi-slot deployments, storage queues, table storage

Gerente de Cuentas (Key Account Manager) (Remoto)

Formacin Requerida

Formacin universitaria en Administracin y Direccin de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniera Informtica o afines.

Requisitos Imprescindibles

Experiencia mnima de 4 aos en la venta de proyectos de IT complejos a los clientes del sector pblico y privado.

Acostumbrado/a a tratar con diferentes niveles de interlocucin, tanto en IT, como en compras y las reas de negocio.

Capacidad de influencia, generacin de demanda, perfil de venta consultiva e generador de confianza en sus clientes.

Capacidad de establecer relaciones a largo plazo.

Experiencia demostrable en venta consultiva y desarrollo de negocio, incluido el Sector Pblico.

Slidas habilidades de comunicacin, negociacin y cierre.

Perfil autnomo, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

Conocimiento de soluciones tecnolgicas y servicios IT.

Requisitos Valorables

Conocimientos especficos del Sector Pblico.

Formacin adicional en tcnicas de venta.

Experiencia previa comercializando soluciones de gestin para Administraciones Pblicas.

Acerca del rol

Buscamos un BDR Sr altamente orientado a resultados, con mentalidad de hunter, responsable de identificar, prospectar y generar oportunidades con clientes estratgicos (VIP) de alto potencial de revenue. Este rol ser clave para alimentar el pipeline comercial con leads calificados de gran valor y acelerar el crecimiento de la compaa.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Identificar y prospectar leads VIP (high-value) dentro de segmentos clave (empresas medianas y grandes, cuentas estratgicas).
  • Disear e implementar estrategias outbound altamente personalizadas (email, lusha, LinkedIn, llamadas, networking).
  • Generar y calificar oportunidades de negocio de alto impacto para el equipo de ventas.
  • Investigar a profundidad cuentas target: estructura, necesidades, pains financieros y decisores clave.
  • Construir relaciones slidas con stakeholders senior (C-level, directores, etc.).
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Account Executives para asegurar handoff efectivo y cierre de oportunidades.
  • Mantener y optimizar el uso del CRM con informacin precisa y actualizada.
  • Analizar mtricas de prospeccin y conversin para optimizar estrategias.
  • Aportar insights del mercado y feedback constante sobre el perfil del cliente ideal (ICP).

Perfil y experiencia

  • +4 aos de experiencia en Business Development / Sales / BDR, idealmente en Fintech, SaaS o Servicios Financieros.
  • Experiencia comprobada como hunter, generando oportunidades outbound de alto valor.
  • Historial de xito trabajando con clientes enterprise o mid-market alto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y negociacin.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con perfiles ejecutivos (C-Level).
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM.
  • Alta orientacin a resultados y resiliencia.
  • Ingls intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
  • Mentalidad estratgica y analtica
