Tasks:
- Under tight deadlines, drives company vehicle to customer sites, climbs in and out of vehicle, and walks up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages to and from customers according to established procedures, in all weather conditions
- Picks up, handles and delivers time sensitive documents and packages in a safe and punctual manner considering traffic patterns, alternative routes, traffic regulations, and driving conditions in order to meet customer and DHL time requirements
- Ensures all delivery material received is safely delivered to correct consignee
- Collects customer payments (cash, cheque, debit/ credit card) for duty packages delivered under COD service type and submits delivered invoices and collected payments to Finance daily
- Confirms all deliveries and collections with dispatch by radio
- Operates a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered
- Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
- Reports any suspected breach of security or unusual happenings to Lead Courier immediately
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Skill & Qualifications:
- English verbal and written proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter, motivated and organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- A valid General Drivers License – 3000 kg or above and older than 3 years
- Clean police record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Map reading and GPS skills and knowledge of delivery area preferred
- Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery role

Your day-to-day
- Deliver exceptional supporter service – youll respond to Arsenal Direct email queries in a professional, supportive, and timely manner
- Resolve supporter queries – you will confidently support with order tracking, lost parcels, refunds, exchanges, payment queries, member discounts, and Stadium Tour enquiries
- Collaborate with key partners – youll work closely with our call centre, warehouse teams, couriers, and external partners to provide seamless resolutions
- Support personalised experiences – you will thoughtfully manage personalisation requests and special supporter enquiries with care and attention to detail
- Track our performance – youll diligently maintain shared documents and trackers to help monitor team activity and service levels

Apoyo transversal al equipo
- Colaborar con las reas de Programas, Finanzas y Comunicacin en tareas operativas.
- Ejecutar mejoras en procesos y herramientas de gestin interna.
- Contribuir a mantener un entorno de trabajo colaborativo, eficiente y positivo.
Requisitos
Buscamos a alguien organizado/a, proactivo/a y con vocacin de servicio. El perfil ideal incluye:
- Al menos 24 aos de experiencia en funciones administrativas, de apoyo ejecutivo o coordinacin de operaciones.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atencin al detalle.
- Capacidad para gestionar mltiples tareas y prioridades con autonoma y criterio.
- Dominio de herramientas de oficina (Google Workspace, Excel, Docs, Calendar, Drive).
- Habilidad para redactar actas, informes y comunicaciones internas con claridad y precisin.
- Espaol nativo y nivel avanzado de ingls.
- Enfoque colaborativo, discrecin y capacidad para trabajar con equipos diversos.
- Se valorar experiencia previa en ONG, fundaciones o proyectos sociales y ambientales.
- Residencia en cualquier punto de la Espaa peninsular.
