About SuperPlane
SuperPlane is an open source control plane where AI agents and engineers run operations together. We’re a team of 10, founded by the creators of Semaphore CI/CD. Our users are DevOps and platform engineers at mid-size to large engineering orgs.
We have a product engineers love, an open source repo with 2K+ stars, and events in the pipeline. What we don’t have is someone dedicated to showing the world what SuperPlane can do. We ship fast but our content doesn’t keep up. We need someone who can turn what we build into blog posts, tutorials, demos, and videos that resonate with practitioners.
What you’ll own
This is our first DevRel hire. Your priorities, in order:
1. Video content: Create screencasts, product walkthroughs, and video demos that show SuperPlane in action. You’re comfortable on camera and can produce polished content without a production team.
2. Technical content: Build working use cases and turn them into blog posts, tutorials, and guides. The typical flow: explore the product, develop a real workflow, write it up, then turn it into a video.
3. Community presence: Be SuperPlane’s voice in our Discord, on Reddit, Hacker News, and relevant DevOps Slack groups. Welcome new users, answer questions, surface interesting discussions, and represent us in a natural, non-salesy way.
4. Events (occasional): Represent SuperPlane at conferences or meetups a few times per year.
What success looks like
In the first 6 months:
A consistent publishing cadence: written content and videos shipping weekly
Content that drives meaningful traffic and signups from organic search and social media shares
Active, visible presence in community channels where our users hang out
A growing library of use-case demos that the sales and product teams can reference
You’re a fit if
You have a DevOps or platform engineering background.You’ve managed deployments, written CI pipelines, used tools like Terraform or Kubernetes. You could still be an engineer if you wanted to, but you prefer making content.
You can write working code.Your tutorials include real, runnable examples. You can spin up a staging environment, write a Lambda function, or put together a working pipeline without needing an engineer to pair with.
You have deep product intuition.You pick up a tool and immediately start exploring what’s possible. You think in workflows and use cases, not feature lists.

You can produce video content.Screencasts, walkthroughs, short demos. You don’t need a production team. You can do this solo with good tools.
You use AI tools daily.Coding agents, LLMs for drafting and review, AI-assisted prototyping. You see these as basic infrastructure for doing good work.

a role for someone who wants to use AI around the edges. It is for someone who
wants to help build a more modern, faster, smarter marketing function from the
inside.
You do not
need to be a professional copywriter, designer, developer, or digital media
expert. But you do need to know what strong marketing looks like: clear

and content that actually gets people to pay attention.
You should
already be using AI tools beyond basic experimentation. You are not just asking
ChatGPT for a caption once in a while. You are using AI to draft, edit, ideate,

You will use

You will

Explore
advanced AI use cases for marketing, including skills, agents, automations,
AI-assisted landing pages, video development, presentation creation, content
repurposing, and campaign testing.
Identify
where AI can improve speed, quality, consistency, and scale across the
marketing team.
Help
document best practices for responsible AI use, including accuracy, brand
voice, compliance, privacy, and quality control.
Stay current
on emerging AI tools and recommend practical ways to use them in real marketing
work.
Support
Digital Marketing and Campaign Activation
You will
support marketing efforts across content, paid promotion, SEO, and email by
using platforms, tools, and AI to:
Support SEO
and AI search optimization through content updates, keyword research, metadata,
and performance optimization.
Assist with
campaign strategy, planning, asset development, testing, launch, and
optimization.
Support the
creation of simple marketing dashboards or centralized views of content and

You will

About the Role (On-site Washington D.C. and surrounding suburbs)
The IT Support Technician will provide onsite and remote technical support to Avalere Health employees. What You’ll Do
- Daily monitoring of assigned tickets and the incident management ticket queue
- Ownership of assigned tickets during the incident life cycle providing timely and informed responses to ticket creators
- Accurate recording of applied time against tickets
- Procurement, provisioning, and support of IT hardware including laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Procurement, provisioning, and support of IT software and services

About the role
The Account Supervisor manages the client services team across single or multiple clients. This position works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met. The Account Supervisor takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion. The role may also be responsible for supervising client services direct reports on a day to day basis.

- Managing full omni-channel engagement.

- Document all scope requests (detailed description of the client deliverable), author project briefs (with input from subject matter experts as needed), and write SOWs based on inputs provided by delivery team.
- Partner with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit and mitigate risks, including discussing scope issues with the client directly.
- Demonstrate an eye for opportunities, catching potential growth opportunities and partnering with account leadership to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
About you
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a pharma agency environment with a background in digital tactics.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required (HCP/DTC)
